Account management

This issue with the CAPTUA being constantly forced is NOT SOLVED... NOR RESOLVED.

 

Threads as recent as 4/21. and now mine of 6/21 are proof that this issue has not been tended to.

Having spent time with the support team, they send useless diversions, as are exampled in this thread.  

Why this is so  hard is a  mystery.

 

Why cant you fix a simple problem?  Something was done that started the problem.  Why not undo that... and get this irritation out of the way?  

Truly "Resolve" the issue?
