After searching all over for a phone number to talk to a HUMAN, I finally got through.
The problem was our license number was linked to a completely different company - an error on Intuit's part.
No info I gave was ever going to be correct!!
The contact person listed was a previous bookkeeper. That was also a "try this name" try this name" approach.
According to the person on the phone the contact person CAN'T be changed. That's stupid.
A previous chat session was useless.
So, the person on the phone was priceless.
