The Activities field to send a reminder from the invoice page is no longer available. You can consider going to the Invoices page and manually send the reminders from there. Please know that by doing this, you can still view the activity logs from the invoice page when you sent the reminders to your customer. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Click Sales from the left menu, then select Invoices.
- Select the invoices you want to send a reminder.
- Then, click the Batch actions drop-down and select Send reminder.
