Welcome to the Community forum, @BrittanySwider.
I appreciate you providing detailed information about your concern. I'm here to lend a hand.
QuickBooks GoPayment is a different app that allows you to take payments on the go. You can integrate it with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to sync your transactions.
Let me show you how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Account and Settings.
- In the left menu, click Payments.
- Choose Connect in the Existing account section.
- Quickbooks will search for any Merchant accounts associated with your user id.
- Confirm that the correct Merchant account is listed.
- Click Link account.
Then, to import your GoPayment transaction to QBO, follow the below steps:
- Sign in to the GoPayment blue experience.
- Click the Hamburger icon.
- Choose Transactions.
- Select the transactions you’d like to export.
- Click the Export icon.
- Click Import to QuickBooks.
- Choose to Import as a Sales Receipt or Import as Receive Payment.
- Click OK.
