The theme feature where you can toggle on dark mode is now located in the QuickBooks labs section. I’d be glad to walk you through the steps in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Hover to the Gear icon.
- Select QuickBooks lab.
- From the QuickBooks Themes section, toggle the radio button to set your QBO to dark mode then click Done.
- Go back to the Gear icon and select Themes.
- Then toggle the radio button to activate it.
