Thanks for taking the time to reached out to us. I'm here to help and guide you on how to locate your license and product number so you can install your QuickBooks successfully. 

 

You'll need to visit the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) web page which allows you to manage all your QuickBooks Desktop products and perform tasks such as finding your license/product information and downloading your software. 

 

Once you're able to login, in the Product and Services section it will show the lists of all the software you have purchased. The main page only shows the five most recent items, select Show All in the lower right of this section, scroll through the entire list to see all your subscription and purchased the software.

  1. Click this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select US version of QuickBooks Desktop, and click Contact Us.
  3. Type Customer Care on the search bar.
  4. And click Get the Phone number below.
