Thanks for posting your first concern in the Community. The report for form 990 is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The closest reports available would only be the 1099 Transaction Detail, Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet.
I know it would be a nice feature to be added to the Desktop, I'll take note of this request and pass it along to our engineers.
