Account management
Hello, @Snowman.
I'm here to present some tricks so the Nontaxable will show it in the Sales tax report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
A bunch of cache files on your browser can sometimes cause this to happen. I'd recommend doing some primary troubleshooting steps to shut away from the problem.
To start, let's access your account via incognito. These browsers won't collect any browsing histories.
Here are the shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
Once logged in, re-check the report to verify if it's already working properly. Make sure to select the correct Report period, Tax Agency, and Accounting method. If the Nontaxable is now showing, please go back to your usual browser and clear the cache. So, it will speed up your overall browsing experience and help fix other issues. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too.
I've also added some pages that might help you in memorizing, customizing reports, and other relevant matters.
Please let me know if you have other follow-up questions about your reports. I'm eager to assist you. Take care.
