I can help you connect your account to QBO, markcrider.

 

When connecting a Capital One account for the first time, you'll be asked to log in to the bank's website. From there, link your account to QBO to establish a connection in the Banking section.

 

If you clicked Continue and the link to your bank's website doesn't work, kindly copy the site's URL and open it separately in your browser. The supported browsers are Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.

 

Then, log in to your bank account's website, link it to QBO, go back to QBO, and then connect Capital One again. If the same thing happens, we can try some browser troubleshooting steps.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open an Incognito window and connect your bank there.
  2. Clear the cache of your browser if the process works on private browsing.
  3. Switch to another browser to do this task.
