Thank you for performing the Diagnostic tool to escalate the issue. Since we already try the troubleshooting I recommend reaching out to our customer support team. This way one of our agents will able to pull up your account in a secure session and check the root of freezing.
Here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Continue.
- Choose a way to connect with us.
Keep in mind some options are only available at certain times. You can contact us every Mondays to Fridays from 6: 00 AM PST to 6:00 PM PST. Then, until 3:00 PM PST every Saturdays.
