Account management

Hey there, bobm127, AFPAccounting, and ZHFG.

Thank you for contacting the Community for support. I'd like to provide some additional insight on your question about tracking user log ins.

The Audit Log will allow you to view any changes that have been made in the account, the name of the user who made the change, date, etc., as well as any original transactions that have been entered. This article offers more information on how to use the Audit Log: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Getting-Started/The-Audit-Log-What-it-is-how-to-use-it/m-p/1....

At this time there isn't a way to view who has actually logged into the system and/or when. This applies to QuickBooks Desktop. I can see how this would be beneficial information to have. I'll do my part and send a message to the Product Development Team to let them know you'd like to have this function.

You can stay up-to-date with feature releases and product updates by visiting the QuickBooks Blog: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/.

I wish you all continued success. I'd be happy to help if you have any other questions.
