You can change your company's legal address in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) with just a few easy steps.

Here's how:

1. From the top menu, select Company, then My Company.
   
2. Select the Pencil icon, then Legal information.
3. Enter the new legal company address.
4. Click OK.
