QB is in a pretty sorry state when you pay for a payroll service and it is simply unreliable.
I will just manually pay Federal payroll liabilities moving forward until I can move my clients to a service that works. My team and I spent hours on the phone with QB support and all of the above fixes did not work.
Last summer it was Quarterly payroll reports miscalculating. Now this.
