Account management
Hello, Providence1234.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. In QuickBooks, the security of your accounts is always our top priority. We can double-check to see if the two-step verification is completely disabled by logging in to your Intuit account.
- Go to Intuit Online Account.
- Select the Security tab.
- Click Turn on to expand the Two-step verification section. You'll be prompted to enter a phone number if you initially did not enter it during the set up of your account.
- Enter the number you want to use to verify the account and then select Turn on text message verification.
- Choose to receive the one-time pass code by either text message or voice message. Then, select Turn off.
- Enter the one-time pass code you received and select Continue.
