Let me get the help you need in opening a company file.

 

To help us further isolate the issue, we can try suppressing your QuickBooks. Here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Right-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon.
  2. Press and hold the Ctrl key and click Open.
  3. Hold the Ctrl key until you have the No Company Open window.

Once done, try to log back in and check if you still encounter the same challenges.
