I have spent literal hours wrestling with passwords. When on the phone with support, I had to try to change my PW seven or eight times (try coming up with all those PWs) and it turns out the problem was I had two logins, which no one could discern on the support side.
Now I have three open "companies"--2017, 2018, and 2019. (Because of the mess of going from QBMac to QBOnline to NewQBMac to QBW because my accountant finally insisted, I have my fiscal years separate for the time being.) Now, I can't tell which password is for what. Is the Administrator PW different from Company passwords? No matter what, the app opens demanding a password without specifying which company. All three PWs I had worked, now they don't. I can't afford another day on the phone with hapless support people halfway around the world. UGH.
