Since you're using QuickBooks Desktop Assisted Payroll, the system will automatically prompt you once you create changes in your legal information. 

 

If you're unable to access the Help menu, try updating QBDT to its latest version. This can fix some minor data issues in your company file. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Click the Update Now tab, then select Get Updates to start the download.
  3. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
  4. Once prompted, accept the option to install the new release.

After updating, go back to the Help menu and contact our phone support. You can also chat with us online or schedule a callback outside of QuickBooks.
