Hi there, ed.
You can set a schedule and email information for a memorized report in QuickBooks Online. Once you memorized a report, you can send it by email on a recurring schedule.
You can send an individual report or a group report. Here's how you can do it:
- On the left menu click Reports.
- Choose Custom Reports at the top.
- Find the report you'd like to schedule for email and in the Action column, click Edit.
- Click the Set email button to turn it on.
- Set your desired email recurrence.
- Enter the email information for sending the report.
- If you want to send the report as an Excel file, you can put a check-mark on the Attach the report as an Excel checkbox. Otherwise, the report is sent in HTML format.
- Click Save.
