Thanks for simplifying your concern. I know how you wanted to remove your previous accountant so you can add the new one.

 

Since your subscription is under the accountant's wholesale billing, you'll need to contact your accountant and ask him/her to remove your company from wholesale billing so you'll have full control of your account. 

 

Aside from the resource shared by my peer above, you may also send this article to your accountant: Manage your wholesale billing plan and wholesale billing clients. It includes steps on how to remove your company from their wholesale billing plan.
