Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) helps to avoid from any thwarting spam and automated extraction of data from websites. This is also an added security feature for web browser applications, like QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You need to uninstall Captcha-verification.systems to remove it correctly on your computer. Let me show you how:
- In the Finder sidebar, click Applications.
- Captcha-verification.systems might have an Uninstaller.
- Otherwise, drag Captcha-verification.systems from the Applications folder to the Trash (located at the end of the Dock).
- Choose Finder, then Empty Trash.
- Once done, use CleanMyPC to clean leftover items.
You can also turn off this feature in Safari to stop the notification when accessing QuickBooks. Here are instructions:
- Open Safari.
- At the top menu, click Safari, then choose Preferences.
- In the Preferences window, go to the Websites tab.
- On the left side, choose Notifications.
- You will see the list of websites and their settings for showing notifications.
- Find Captcha-verification.systems in the list and click Remove button.
