Account management
Hello there, @9549.
Currently, a report to get the aging base on the date selected of the invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.
While this option is unavailable, you can export the report into an Excel file. From there, you can manually filter it to get the data you need. By pulling up the A/R Aging Detail report, click the Export button and select Export to Excel.
I've included some articles in case you need other ideas about aging reports, also in exporting data to Excel:
- Run an accounts receivable aging report
- How to get your Aging Reports to match
- Export reports, lists, and more
Additionally, you can always visit our QuickBooks Blog to check for product updates and feature releases.
I'll stay connected if you have more questions or concerns. I'll be around to assist. Stay safe and well!
