Hello there, Baughman.
Let me help you run a report within QuickBooks Online that generates the nine columns you've mentioned above.
We can run the Sales by Product/Service Detail report and customize it to get what you need. Here's how:
- Go to Reports on the left panel.
- In the search box, enter Sales by Product/Service Detail.
- Click the Customize button at the upper-right corner.
- In the Rows/Columns section, tick all the following columns you've listed above. You can include the A/R Paid to show payments made against an invoice.
- Once done, click the Run report button.
That will do. If there's information you want to include in the report, we can export it to Excel and made changes from there if the option to do it in QBO is unavailable. Also, feel free to read these articles for more details about handling reports in the Online product:

- Once done, you can save what you've currently customized by memorizing it.
