I am here to help you run a report easily, servalstudios. We can customize this Budget vs. Actuals report to show only the transaction you'd like to appear in your report.  

Here's how to do it: 

1. Go to Report menu. 
2. In the search bar, type in the Budgets vs Actuals. 
3. You can customize the report based on the data you need to display.
4. Click Run report once done.

 Also, regarding the specific app, I can't compare which app suits your needs. However, there are a lot of apps that integrate with QuickBooks. You can refer to this link: QuickBooks third-party app.
