I suggest contacting the QuickBooks Online Care team to further check on the updates of this reported issue. Also, they'll be the one to add you on the list of the affected users.
Here's how to contact them:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the ? Help icon.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom.

- Enter your concern such as, "Reported issue for Report column width adjustment, not working."

- Scroll down and choose how you want to be assisted.

- Follow the on-screen instruction.
- Confirm your transaction.
