I found this in my QuickBoo help...
Change your legal or company name and address
To do this task
Choose Company > My Company.
At the top right of the window, click the edit icon
. The Company Information window opens.To change your company name or address, enter the correct information in the Contact Information section.
To change your company's legal name or address, click Legal Information on the left and enter the correct information.
Click OK.
