By answering the questions, I can help determine what's going on and provide the steps to help. However, the filters in a basic Balance Sheet Detail report aren't going to include the option to filter for All, Active, and Inactive. The reason being is the report calculates how much your business is worth by subtracting all the money your company owes from everything it owns.
