Welcome to the Community, @mikecate2. I'm here to help you reactivate your payroll subscription.
I'd like to ask a couple of questions to get a better understanding of the issue.
- Are you receiving any error messages when you go to reactivate?
- Do you have QuickBooks Desktop Assisted Payroll? If so, then you'll need to contact our Payroll Support to renew or reactivate your subscription.
You'll need to make sure that you have the latest release of QuickBooks Desktop, the current version of QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, and updated billing information to run and process payroll. Here's how you can update billing:
- Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
- Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
- Click Details.
- In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
- Update your information.
- Hit Save and Close.
