If you're unable to log in to QuickBooks, we can reset your password. This way, you can already sign in and continue with your work.

 

Although, if you're referring to the password feature. Setting one is compulsory for us to protect any sensitive information stored in the program. You can stay logged in without entering your password, though. 

 

We know a lot of our customers are requesting to have an option to turn off this feature. I've seen some feedback submitted to our engineers already. Rest assured, this has been checked thoroughly.
