Hello, @SAMPHORs.

You'll want to toggle the $ Over Budget and $ Remaining field to show the data you need. Let me show you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Type in and select Budget vs. Actuals report.
3. Select either $ Over Budget or $ Remaining from the Compare another period drop-down menu. 
4. Then click Run report.
