Hello PRSadmin,

 

Aside from the customization provided on the earlier replies, we can add columns to see the address and the phone number. Here's how:

  1. Open the report and click the Customize Report button.
  2. Select the Display tab and go to the COLUMNS section.
  3. Type address and mark the addresses you want to appear on the report.

     
  4. Type phone and mark Name Phone #.
  5. Click OK.

For the email address, you'll need to pull up and customize a separate report. 

  1. Click Reports at the top and select Vendors & Payables > Vendor Contact List.
  2. Click the Customize Report button and go to the Display tab.
  3. Type email and mark the email address fields you want to appear.
  4. Click OK.

After that, you can compare the data on both reports. You can also export and further customize them in Excel.
