Hello PRSadmin,
Aside from the customization provided on the earlier replies, we can add columns to see the address and the phone number. Here's how:
- Open the report and click the Customize Report button.
- Select the Display tab and go to the COLUMNS section.
- Type address and mark the addresses you want to appear on the report.
- Type phone and mark Name Phone #.
- Click OK.
For the email address, you'll need to pull up and customize a separate report.
- Click Reports at the top and select Vendors & Payables > Vendor Contact List.
- Click the Customize Report button and go to the Display tab.
- Type email and mark the email address fields you want to appear.
- Click OK.
After that, you can compare the data on both reports. You can also export and further customize them in Excel.
