Account management

We can reset the administrator password, becca84. 

 

Let me show you how: 

  1. From the Company menu, choose Users
  2. Select Set Up Users and Roles
  3. Click on the Admin user and click Edit
  4. Enter your new password and confirm your new password. 
  5. Choose a challenge question and type your answer. 
  6. Click OK

If you get the same thing, please give us a call. We'll further look into your account and perform advanced troubleshooting steps. Here's how: 

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Desktop Help
  2. Select Contact us
  3. Type a brief description of your concern about logged off users still shows as logged on. 
  4. Click Continue
  5. Choose to either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist
