We can reset the administrator password, becca84.
Let me show you how:
- From the Company menu, choose Users.
- Select Set Up Users and Roles.
- Click on the Admin user and click Edit.
- Enter your new password and confirm your new password.
- Choose a challenge question and type your answer.
- Click OK.
If you get the same thing, please give us a call. We'll further look into your account and perform advanced troubleshooting steps. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact us.
- Type a brief description of your concern about logged off users still shows as logged on.
- Click Continue.
- Choose to either Message an Agent or Talk to a Specialist.
