Yes, there is! Instead of exporting the report to Excel, you can just memorize it after applying the Non-Zero or In Use filter (depending on the Profit and Loss report you're using). This way, the report will not revert to its default settings when pulling it up.
Here's how:
- On the P&L, click the Memorize option at the top, then enter a name in On the Memorize Report window.
- Once done, hit OK.
