It's good to hear that you were able to pull up the correct report, alamo14.
The name field will depend on the type of report and the source of transaction. If you pull up the report for general transactions (for the customer, vendor, and employee) then, their names will fall on the NAME field.
If you run General Ledger and Transaction Detail report, their names will fall on their type of transactions.
In these two reports, you'll have the option to show only your customer, vendor, or employee's transactions.
