Can't inactivate accounts because of recurring templates or scheduled liabilities
Whenever I try to delete (mark inactive) an account I get this message "This account cannot be deleted because it is used by a recurring template or scheduled liability payment." I am using simple start and have no intention of upgrading. I don't need recurring templates or payroll. The data was converted from a desktop version of Quickbooks. How would I go about deleting the information that is preventing me marking these account inactive?
