Account Management

Im new to this thread but am having the same issue. Ive been going back and forth with quickbooks support for almost 3 weeks now, waiting for a call back and waiting for the right person. Every time i speak to customer care i have to restart the proccess to get me back to nowhere. I belive i have a support ticket opened now with the case number #15128552778. Theyve escalated the issue to tech and will give me a call back in the new year but i dont belive they will call me. If you are seeing these please help
