Account Management
This is not the kind of experience we want you to have while using QuickBooks Online, @Tyler O.
We've had an issue with QuickBooks Online (QBO) logging out before the 3-hour settings, but it's been resolved now. If you've already tried using a private or incognito browser, restarting your browser, and clearing your browser's cache as mentioned in the thread above, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. They can further check your account in a secure environment and help you resolve it.
To contact our live support agent, you can go to the Help icon located at the top right of your account. Follow the steps below to get in touch with us:
- Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
- Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
- Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
- You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
For additional details on the different types of support we provide and their availability, see this article: QuickBooks Online Support.
Refer to the following article for more information about clearing your browser’s cache and Intuit-specific cookies from your browser: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
Here's also how you can download, install, and use the QBO app: Download and use the QuickBooks Online desktop app.
Let me know if you need further help or information about logging in to your account. I'm always here to assist. Have a wonderful day!
