It can be challenging when you can't get support, Morgan. Not to worry, I'm here to ensure you'll get the help you need.

 

Since QuickBooks Desktop has been discontinued and direct support from the desktop team is no longer available, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team. They can assist you in obtaining the activation code you need.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click our Contact Support link.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online under Which product is your question about?
  3. Choose the edition.
  4. Type in Need help with the activation code in the What's your question? box.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen process to get the Callback option.
