It isn't necessary to open a private window every time you need to update your bank feeds. Although, I suggest regularly clear your browser's cache, especially when you start experiencing unexpected issues.
As for the Handelsbanken online bank connection, there isn't a specific time as to when it will be available. Currently, it's set in the coming months.
