I have tried to connect to NATWEST around twenty times now. EAch time I enter the Customer number, PIN and PAssword letters requested. EAch time I get both accounts showing up (with their balances) which I wish to link, I select them both (I have tried just selecting one as well several times) and hit CONTINUE, but I get the message below. I have even tried linking another seperate (personal) Natwest account to see if there was some problem with the account itself but that yields exactly the same problem. Remember, that XERO Connects to NATWEST no problem, so it is not NATWEST .... Is there a solution..?
Hmm. Something stopped us from connecting to your bank.
This isn’t common, but does happen.Try connecting again.
If that doesn’t work, contact Support for more help with this.
