I understand that you'd like to upgrade your subscription in a simple and easy way, but the process is limited based on how you originally signed up, santosortega355. I'll guide you through the steps to get it done.

 

Since you purchased your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Canada subscription through your iPhone, your billing is managed by Apple. This means you’ll have different options compared to subscriptions purchased directly on the QuickBooks website.

 

To switch your billing from Apple to Intuit and avoid duplicate billing in the future, our Live Support team can assist you directly with this process and help you upgrade your subscription.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks website on a web browser.
  2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  3. Click on the (?) Help icon.
  4. Click the Assistant tab to get help from the QB assistant, or select the Search tab to enter your question and find Help articles.
  5. If you can't find answers to your questions:
    • QB Assistant: Type in Talk to an expert. You'll get options for expert help. 
    • Search: Select Contact Us to be connected to an expert for help.
