Hello again, JLW10.
I've gotten clarification about the IDs that are accepted for the ProAdvisor verification purposes for Canada. While what I said previously suggested they needed to be federally provided IDs, what I should have said was that they need to be federally recognized IDs for verification purposes. That's my error, and I have corrected my message above to reflect that.
You may have already gone over to the US Community forum or spoken with US support at this point, but I wanted to give an update here as well just in case.
