Government-issued photo IDs are a common verification tool for many services, and Intuit also uses them for verification processes in many areas of working with the program to ensure the identity of the person uploading the documents. A CPA license is not a federally recognized piece of ID for verification purposes, which is why it isn't an option. If you don't want to submit a federally recognized piece of photo ID, the other option would be to get a notary to sign an affidavit of identification. Without either the government-issued photo ID or the affidavit, the profile posting will continue to be declined. I hope that helps clarify things.
