I'd like to chime in and give some more details about having multiple locations in a single ProAdvisor listing.
Yes, you are correct about the listing only allowing you to specify one address. So, potential clients can only search for either your Johannesburg or Pretoria office (whichever you included in your profile).
Adding multiple offices or location for ProAdvisor listing might be available in the future. I would suggest sending feedback for now. Our developers will take note of your idea and consider it for future updates.
Simply click the Gear icon, then select Feedback inside your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
Before publishing a profile, we check your information and other data. There might be issues if you create a separate profile, so it's not advisable to make a new one.
Instead of creating a second profile, you can advertise your other office outside QuickBooks.
