I have created a customize invoice template here on my end. In the Design section, I can see an option to add EFT details, and I have added mine. It seems that this doesn't show when you preview the invoice before sending it to the customer. However, when the customer views the invoice, they will see the added EFT details on their end.
You'll want to check your custom template, and remove the EFT details added. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Custom form styles.
- Click Edit on the template.
- Select the Design tab, then click on Add your EFT details.
- Delete the information and click Done to save changes.
You can try sending an invoice to your email address to check if it's no longer showing.
