Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community, @jim-leela. I'll provide insights about changing your invoice template labels in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Currently, the option to modify them is unavailable. I understand that having this option would benefit you and your business as it can help you determine labels seamlessly.

 

I recommend sending this suggestion to our Product Development team so they can review them and consider implementing this in future product updates.

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Enter your feedback Suggestion.
  3. Press Next.
