First, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2020 versions are the only product affected by service discontinuation after May 31, 2023. Add-on services will be discontinued after that date. If your QBDT 2019 is a software-only form (one-time purchase), then it's fully functional indefinitely.
With QBDT 2023 R3 or newer (subscription base), you have view-only access for one year once your subscription ends. After that, the system locks your data out.
