The ability to remove the Quantity column in your report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, you can export it to Excel and manually remove the Quantity column from there. Here are the steps:

1. From the Sales by Product/Service Summary report page, click the Export icon.
2. Select Export to Excel.
3. From the Excel file, remove the Quantity column.

Now, you're able to get the desired information on your report.

On the other hand, to break out the Not Specified, you can just click the Amount to show the detailed transactions and discount amount included.
