About QB Community

I appreciate you for coming back to the thread and adding extra clarification about your concern, mtallon. Also, please know that we recognize your feedback and will relay it to the concerned team. I'll be sharing details on how your data works in QuickBooks Desktop after it ends, then ensure you can manage your company file accurately.

At the end of your current subscription period or if you don't pay your annual subscription, you’ll only have access to your data for 14 days after your subscription ends. You’ll still have your company file but you'll need a subscription to open and view your data.

Additionally, you can export reports and lists into individual Excel files which are in a zip file and you can print your reports for easy access.

You can click this artilcle to see further details on how your data works if your subscription has already expired: QuickBooks Desktop price update.

Lastly, you may refer to this article to view different cancelation policies in QBDT: QuickBooks Desktop cancelation policies.
