Hi there, yasiraliw. It's my pleasure to have you here in the Community. I'm here to help you remove the group tax created in your database.

 

You'll be able to eliminate the group tax from the Taxes page by making it inactive. Make sure to open QuickBooks as an admin while doing the process to avoid restrictions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Taxes menu, then click on Edit rates.
  2. Find the group tax from the list.
  3. Disable the On button under the Gear icon.
  4. Hit Yes to confirm.

 

After that, revisit your tax list to see the result.
