If you were using a QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription, we can view and have read-only access to your company file for a year. Thus, it would be best if you can check if you've secured a backup copy of your QuickBooks data.
However, with QuickBooks Online (QBO), we are unable to save and secure a backup copy of your company data.
